Don't take this the wrong way, but you really should ask TC. That was their flagship unit at one time, and still is a world classpiece of kit.

like have it retrigger on each hit? maybe over midi? i dont rmember if 2290 does that, but its possible what with all the options...

yeah, but what i mean is - a nsare hoit triggers and that's that - it mebbe has a decay max of 500ms - so how can U use TREMELO effectively on that - or does he mean a delay WITH tremelo effect?... which'd be sortoff pulsing delay repeats yes?

Sounds like an LFO rate question. I don't know the 2290 well enough to know if it had a MIDI sync'd LFO, but it would probably have some thing to di with routing an LFO to either the input amount, or mix level, with the rate and phase position set accurately. One could also just set up a MIDI routing, work the fader by hand for a bar or two then loop the sequnce. Sure, it's a lot of info, but it would work. If you get real desperate, and don't have the sequencer memory, just run the loop a couple times then sample it. There's always a way.
