can you trigger samples via an outboard
footswitch? I am a guitarist and want to be
able to pre-record samples, loop them and
then trigger them live in a gig. Can anyone
recommend a particular product to me?
Please help!

You'll need a MIDI keyboard, or something like those MIDI-pedals I've seen from Roland or Fatar, like old Taurus pedals.. They're going to cost more than your sampler though..

don't know about the 202 but I think the electrix repeater will do exactly what you're asking, and was built specifically for live looping. they went bust not long after bringing it out though so it might take a while to hunt one down.
