the dirge, i.e. the demo does not loop on my mac. is it me or does it really sound as bad as i think it does? i.e. the biggest pile of shite since godzilla? please let me be right!

yup...... but then ALL midi's sound like that..... maybe a very short drumstation .wav/aiff Loop would be better
