I have bought this product from Thomann but cannot unfold it. The unfolding is prevented by a silver bar - while this would appear to be a good thing for holding the stool closed in carrying, I cannot unfold the stool to start with. I don't normally have mechanical problems with something so apparently simple. How does it wor? Please help!
