I dunno if anyone has received an email with a link to This site at all but if you click on 'people' and then search for your own name in the area you live it returns your full name with your full postal address and telephone number. In order to remove your details you MUST enter a home landline number, a mobile number and an email address and then allow up to 5 working days for verification. I personally think this is terrible. How many other sites have these details I wonder?

No we are x-directory and I am assuming that this is the reason my phone number isnt there. Anyways it just makes me wonder what other information of mine can be accessed this easily by someone on the internet? And on a crappy search engine which offers ring tones and free sms.

finding stuff out about people on the interweb is a piece of piss.

have a read of that

though they did use "data providers who charge fees for access to public records" it's still quite straightforward to find shit out about people using google, friendsreunited etc.
