I'm having the same DSP problem with my Nova. It does not boot up and the "DIST/EQ config" button indicates the the DSP is not booting. I have no choice but to send it to away in hopes of getting it repaired. Has anyone had any luck with their Novation getting serviced? I
I contacted Novation UK and they directed me to AMERICAN MUSIC AND SOUND US.
I e-mailed them today in hopes of getting some sort of assistance. I hope they respond soon.
I would appreciate any tips regarding service for my Novation.
