It's not. The relative major for Gm is going to be Bb major. If you play through the notes of a G
minor scale, and start from the 3rd, playing the 3-5-7, you will play a Bb major chord. A B would
only occur as an accidental in the G minor scale. It's not normally a part of it. Where did you
get the idea of B being the relative major of Gm?
