Hi,

I have aquired a lovely S3000XL One thing i didnt expect is the pain in the arse to read manual. Can anybody point me at or give me a quick rundown??? I hear I can do so much with it, one guy said it would spank a real expensive workstation keyboard for sounds. How do you set up and create synth parts? I have a scsi card and cable. and ZIP drive. but not really getting on with it. heeeaaalp!!!! also how do you chop up vocals like underworld and Hallucinogen???? shit cooool stufff!!!!

Thanx

well if u have a scsi card that works with your akai, just hook it up and use a prog like Mesa to send over waves and arrange. also visit: akaiscsifaq.digidude.net
the s3kxl manual isn't that tough, maybe a bit long ;)
