Subject: nameing audio tracks

How do you name audio regions after the track they are recorded to?
Right now, they are all getting named "Audio 1" (for example)

in the arrange window, click the audio track that you will recording onto, then just tap the 'a' key and you can set the filepath and filename of what you are about record.
