taken from Backbytes II in computing mag, June 2002 - quite funny:
'Jake' used to work for Riva. He still does, but now it has been taken over, it has been renamed Anker. 'Our new name has forced our helpdesk to change the way they answer the phone. These days it's: "Good morning, Anker", he says. On no account should the helpdesk use "Hello" instead of "Good morning" to callers. 'It's not the acceptable face of customer service' Jake adds.

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!
