8500 acres... 5 miles along a unique north florida ecosystem. $4700 an acre.... would have sold for $120,000 an acre if a developer got hold of it. i just paid 30ish k for a tiny lot not even close to an acre in the same county nowhere near a marsh....

if anyone wants to do some very cool ecotourism check out south georgia / north florida marshlands... unique in all the world :-)
