this is it. sounds old school enough, but i think you need more things there. you just drop in and out of the same part on a bass and lead. and then a nice pad comes in at the end. i'd say bring the pad in earlier and go on from there.

futurism made me think of the beloved at the very start. this is better, but i think you should develop your lead sound more, blend in and out of a different sound maybe?

overall i'd say more development of sounds and ideas.

Well, that's it then... I like the higher bass sound but as bedwyr says, you can do more than mute it in- and out. Maybe try some slight modification to the end of the phrase now and then, would make it more interesting I guess. Do like the sound though, nice 'n simple tone. Lovely track.

Futurism didn't really do it for me, bit too 'housy'if you will- just not my cup of tea. That bass is nice though and I like the pad... again I think the in- and outcoming melody can use some evolution in the track.
