Just finished (?) this track...I think this is my best so far. (Don't i always?) Anyway..check it out and tell me what you think. Hey this one doesn't have that same old offbeat bassline.   The track is called "Freefall"

Very nice. Love the melody. I really liked it and I think it's the best of you which I've heard.

The only thing which I maybe not like is the bass sound.. does it sound a bit high pitched?

It could be just me though.

I listened. and, since Thumper talks to me regularly and I listen intently, I will say this:

it sounds like its mixed well for the most part. your tracks have the best conversion sound Ive heard here.

Thanks! The bass sound is really simple..doesn't sound very good by itself but i wanted it to be pretty narrow. Theres another thing about it which i do not understand. When i listen to the end of this track with headphones the bass sound sounds like it's pitched one semi up..strange! But that's only with headphones.

Influx, i guess youre not really a trance fan?   I know my tracks sound SO much like something i've been listening.. I'm still learning to be totally original..or even a bit original.

nice tho. and i see what you mean about the pitch up (on the 2nd note more for me.) these things happen. sometimes time seems to speed up or slow down too but you got over the recording and.. ??

nice track... pressable.

some suggestions... a wash of vocals from a female would be awesome. Not even coharrent lyrics, but used as an instrument (the meanning tied to words can be a distraction). Some of the best vocals I've heard are ones that I couldnt tell what she was saying, it was though the beauty of her voice alone with the the sounds that I knew what she was singing about.

One thing with your tracks (and alot of trance nowdays) is that 95% of the track is key changed arps. Try creatting more sounds to discribe a place and use the melodys to bring emotion into it.

Remember, originality is not a skill to be learned.

Yea this mix is good dude. The break just before 1:20 is nice. Nice harmonies. Very tastefully laid out. I'm not a big trance fan but can appreciate when it's well done which this is. Cut a cd dude. This would sell I think. Excellent job.
