I'm having problems making esi-win work. let me explain:

I have a Esi 2000 (no turbo drive), OS is 3.02.
I have a PC, windows 98, with a scsi CD-R installed and a scsi card.
I have an external Seagate hard drive.

I have formatted the external hard drive to the sampler, and saved banks that were loaded in the sampler to the hard drive. meaning the ext hard drive works.

then i have tried loading samples onto my external hard drive using esi-win. i put a sample CD in my scsi CD-R. using esi-win, I exported a file from the cd-r to my internal hard drive. then i tried transferring that file to the external hard drive from the int hard drive but it returned an error message of: "error writing bank".

I cannot figure out why it won't work, it's driving me crazy. i really just want to make music- I'm sure you understand!
