I would recommend listening to more of it, and and at first, trying to ouright copy the lines note for note, so that you can see where each note falls and which ones work together to create which effects within the music. This exercise is called Trancription, and although at times tedious and annoying, it is the best and most effective way to learn, and even your mistakes will teach you loads. If you have somebody spoonfeed it to you, you will only get the tiniest glimpse of the picture, instead of understanding why each note works, which ones do and don't work well with which other ones, etc.. This probably isn't the advice you wanted to hear but it's honest and will help you if you choose to follow it.
