This new mixer controller has just been released and it sure looks sweet - Motorized faders, rotary encoders, LCD screen... everything you need to automate every property in your sequencer. Just wondering what everyone else thinks??? Is there a better alternative?? Does anybody know how much it actually costs because I can't find the price anywhere?

its rather expensive mate, 999gbp or so. you can almost get a an 01v for the money, which is a good mixer, and will control your virtual stuff via midi.

unless you´re a hardcore cubase user with no wish to endulge in the hardware side of things of course... then splash out on a houston, or a less expensive midi fader box.

there´s a houston review in this months Sound On Sound, check it out if you´re interested.
