is there anyone out there that is using a pci scsi card other than adaptec for their link between the PC and S2000??

I'mm looking to buy a scsi card for my pc and want one that works with my akai s2000 well, but doesn't cast a fortune..

the speed of transfer is not need to be big so a cheap one is ok, but i would stick with adaptec, you can get a cheap one with a low transfer rate which'll be fine.

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

I found an adaptec 1505 scsi on Ebay for $10.00! you can't beat that. give it a try
