I don't do midi, I record bass and a few guitar overdubs for original jazz tunes.I'm using Steinberg's Cubasis to record with. I'm looking for loops of "modern/progressive" jazz drums (swing beats along the lines of Jack Dejonette or Adam Nausbaum -- something that swings in the tradition of later John Coltrane, etc . . . )
