Has anyone had a chance to check out YAMAHA's newest entry into the world of home studios? The AW4416HDCD is amazing and the sound reproduction, head room and all is fabulous! I can't wait to get my hands on one of those badboys!
Here are a few specs...
* Record & playback 16 tracks at once
* 24 bit audio (uncompressed)
* Flying Faders
* Built in Effects
* Nice Looking LCD
* CD for mastering your audio or for back up!

I think this thing will each Rolands 1880HD for lunch! I mean just to get the same level of performace your are talking 3800.00 Roland vs 3300 Yamaha and the Yamaha has a CD Burner (That's like anohter $500 toward the Roland)...
Any thoughts, comments or what ever?
