I can purchase one of these boxes in good shape for $380. Is this a good deal? Or should I wait for something new to come along (i.e., the new Boss VF-1 half-rack processor)? Thanks.

I bought a used DP/PRO and don't regret it. The distortion/telephone/dynamics efx are spectacular. Although I find the phaser/chorus/flanger slightly "dirty." If you can get it for less than $400, it's a much more powerful processor than the VF-1
