I was thinking about buying the Djm 500 and was wondering how much it
kills the eq frequencies. I want something that will kill them all the way if not
close to it and I dont want the numark 2002x, wich has kill switches for bass, treble, mid. And is the kills on the djm 600 any better?

i have the djm 300 and if you turn down all the EQs you pretty much have very little still coming thru...

i think the kills are like -40db or something with gets almost all of the loud dancemusic you will be playing on it.

my friend has a numark 2002 and it sucks compared to the pioneer stuff.

ps- why not save some cash and get the little 300 instead of the 500?
