Whilst i am still waiting for my Esi-2000 to arrive and deciding if i really want the Turbo card i stumbled on a rare find at my local pawn shop,
No less than a fully expanded Esi-32!
I could scarcely believe my good fortune and at £240 UK i snapped it up.
Thinking that it would make a good auxilliary sampler.
It was only when i got the thing home i realized it had the effects board and 32Mb of memory.
Is this Turbo board the standard issue Esi compatible with esi-4000/2000?
If so i have an unbelievable bargain.
The only thing wrong as far as i can tell was a slightly wonky knob (fixed) and no rack ears.
A 60 day guarantee also.
I feel like starting a sampler museum now.

Not sure, but since the esi32, 2000 and 4000 are more or less alike, I think the turbo board will be compatible with all of them.

That really is a fucking great bargain by the way.

you jammy bastard....thats still one of the best "budget" samplers out there....and its a fucking steal at that price. Should imagine the turbo board is one and the same too, though I`m not sure.
