Does anyone actually use the compressor on their Ultra? Maybe I`m missing something but it only seems 2 do 2 things:













A/ If u set it too low it makes bugger all difference. or..........















B/ It induces that nasty digital distortion













Please tell me I`m doing something wrong here, I know u cant expect a software comp. that comes on a sampler 2 b anyhing like as good as its hardware counterpart but it should at least do something useable..................

Thanks K. I've overcompressed and gotten pops, so I know it does that.

I've used the compressor and gotten decent results. It takes a lot of trial and error though, so use the undo function..
