I want to by a soundcard with a good sampler, good onboard synth and good hard disk recording. Is the Sound Track 128 Ruby a good choice?

One of it's biggest disadvantages is that it doesn't take bigger samples than 256 kB... That's about 1.5 seconds in stereo.
