I'm having a hard time getting the damn thing to work on just about anything. Is anyone else having any trouble with it? Can it be fixed or should I just throw it out?

Is this the same as the ATC-6631? The description says the ATC-6631 is of the Yamaha OPL3-SAx series. I am having trouble downloading. It is indicating my serial number is incorrect. How can I by-pass this to make my sound work tonight?
