was having problems saving patches on my nord in performance mode and the tech support folks got back to me pretty promptly and solved the issue.

Just to offer a differing perspective, it took them a year to fix my NL1. No, I'm not joking.

I still love my Nord and won't ever part with it. But damn... I could've flown it to sweeden myself, I guess
