Don't know why I did this track. It's called Wut. I guess it's kind of fun. If anyone listens, could you tell me what you think of it? Maybe I'm burnt out. Thanks.

Mills and May. I have Mills. I think I have a May somewhere around.

Thanks Influx. Didn't really think you'd dig this track. Don't know why. Yea delay on the bass. Didn't think of that. Will play around with it. Would give it life for sure. I like it now but the right delay would turn it to magic I think.

Only listened halfway before my connection crapped out, but here goes...

About :50 into it I wanted a bigger build. Just me.

Great heavy sound at 1:30
Really liked the melody at 2:30. But the one after it (circa 2:40) was cheese... smoked gouda, I believe.

I was ravin' at 3:10!

The problem is timing. This is a clubber, so it needs to build a LOT more slowly than it does. I don't go to clubs much, but I can tell that I need more room in each section to shake my ass, you know? There's perhaps a few too many sections to this piece. Is it two tunes? It almost sounds like a "motif test," i.e. "Here's a bunch of ideas I came up with recently," which is something I'm a bit of a whore at.

I LOVE the the sycopated, rolling feel of your rhythms. This kind of tracks BEGS for some cuts. Try dropping out individual drums in little parts (really change it up... drop and eighth in the hat here, a snare there, kicks in spurts) As long as it makes sense musically, it will only add to the re-listenability of the track. I love when I can't predict what's coming up. This kind of track is PERFECT for some alarming breaks.

Love it man, I can see your progression as a producer as well. Continue...

I agree with psylichon... some extra little high snares in that first part would liven it up alot.... I dont know... something about the way the syncopation on at the beginning of the loop is bothering me... Like it needs to be timed differently... I'm probably just tired...

I dig it though. I'm a huge orbital fan, and this definitely has a bit of their flavor... The bass is nice, sits well in the mix.... I bet the panning on the synths is great in hifi, too. A few cuts and breaks and this would be great.... Only other thing is that old schooly ravey synth thingy... the second one to come in... just sounds too eighties for me....

good job man! Definitely finish it up!

eighties are in mate. electro-synth pop and everything. xoxos could clean up.

"sycopated beats"? surely psychopated. ho ho ho.

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!

Thanks for the suggestions. Needs work for sure to tie it better together. More breaks and stuff would be good yes. The track is already 7 minutes long, could easily go 9 or 10 if I break things up more. Hmmm. Or take some stuff out. If I work on it more, chances are the whole thing will sound unrecognizable from what it is now.

String pad? I want to keep things from having "melodies" and pads but I always seem to put them in somewhere in the end.

Thanks gents.

I think you have to click on the track itself, not the little arrow which brings the streaming file up.
