I liked the 2nd mix best as it seemed most focused
and the groove was nice and tight by the time the
breakdown ended. I found the 'posh mix' to be too
cluttered - too much stuff competing for space.
The 'classified mix' creates a great vibe and
seems to be building up to an even more intense
part but does'nt end up going there. That actually
might be perfect for a dj wanting to build up to
an over the top track, though. The almost latin
style groove is quite effective, too!
I kind of drew a blank from the lyrics. They
seemed like requests for things a person has to
find on his/her own.'A place I want to be...' -let
me know and I'll take you! 'let my soul be free' -
it is, once you realize it. As Sly Stone said
'you're free in your mind if you want to be'...
Very cool track, though and it shows lots of
promise. I look forward to h
