Hi, whats the difference between budget models Lexicon MPX-100 and MPX-110 ? And is there any difference in sound-quality between MPX-100/110 and teh newer MPX-500/550 ?
Like if the reverbs on 100/110 sounds cheap in comparsion to 500/550 i.e ??

Yes there is a big difference. The difference in quality between the 200 and the 500 is huge. You get more parameters to shape the sound which is quite important in reverb and the halls and ambience patches in the 500 are really good. I would say spend the extra cash and get the 500. The 100 and 200 are cool but I reckon its better to be able to edit stuff a bit and there is a difference in sound quality.

Ok, seems like there's only one way to go here ;). All lights on the MPX-1 then -
I read the reviews on Harmony Central, and they aren't t h a t overwhelming.. Also it is more expensive than the other models i mentioned above. So, why is the MPX-1 worth it?

No I don't think it is. That's why I suggested the mpx500. I nice balance between sound quality, editing and price. The mpx isn't worth the extra cash. But again, this is only my opinion.
