well don't get me wrong, it's a great synth- but not for me. I really didnt like the trance leads I COULDN'T make with it- and I couln't have been doing any thing wrong if I've been cranking out leads from a virus rack (nother ui-type synth, which you know) left and right since the day I got it (I had the uQ for 6 months). Yeah, I did make a few I liked, but that was using the hell out of unison, which I NEVER have to use on any of my other synths, and I just flat out don't like using at all...
But, again, I will miss the great pads and basses it added to my sound arsenal. It was just a waste of a synth (how I was) using it for just pads and (simple) basses.
