Decided to join the Dancetech community. I've been doing sound design, audio engineering and producing for around 10 years under the name 'egokilla'.

I do a variety of production styles while most comfortable with Industrial, and EBM. I am a heavy samplist, although I despise those who exlusively use loops. Using loops can yield advantages and offer great expression in your tracks. However your not really producing, your composing.

I have recently sold most of my hardware to support my Vinyl addiction (12")
and have not had any regrets thus far. A plethora of Audio suites exist that have much more capabilities than the hardware that I was using. For example- I sold my Yamaha tx81z becuase I am using NI's Fm7. I also sold my MPC because I was being more productive in apps like Reason, Chainer and Cubase. Plus the element that Live brings into real time performance is amazing.

I really doubt I will have time to update the site as often as I would like- however my email will ALWAYS be active and available for those who want to chat, or download my samples or Drum Trax.

With that said- I'm out.
