The January issue of Nightshift is out and not only do we get Demo of the Month but we are also tipped as one of the bands to watch in 2007 - full reviews are up in the press section.

The Beatles special on BBC Oxford featuring Phill's other projects - The Filthy Honey and boywithatoy - is a two hour programme starting at 4.55pm on New Year's Day.

And finally, The Boy Wanker, from The Palace of Righteous Justice (another side-project of ours), was crowned WWE World Heavyweight Champion on Boxing Day when he defeated The Undertaker at Wrestlemania. What do you mean Playstation isn't real life?!

We are sure we are cursed. First of all, apologies to anyone who came to see us at the sweatbox in wantage on the 16th - we were unable to play this gig due to an hospitalisation within the band. Secondly, we will now be headlining the gig on the 23rd at The X because AJ (Asher Dust) was involved in a car crash is unable to make the gig. We wish him a speedy recovery - sorry mate, it's probably our band curse getting you. Thirdly, The Rock of Travolta will not be appearing at the kilburn gig on 16th Jan - don't know why, they just can't do it.

Anyway, in some good news (which makes a fucking change) we've been told by a little birdie (well, Ronan) that we've got Nightshift's demo of the month for january, beating the excellent xmas lights in the process. This issue of nightshift should be out soon.

In other news - Phill's two side-projects, The Filthy Honey and boywithatoy, feature on bbc oxford's New Year's Day's edition of the download. It's a beatles special with the filthy honey covering "happiness is a warm gun" in a 'beck meets sparklehorse stylee' and boywithatoy have done a dub version of "come together" (yes, you read that right) and very christmassy version of "something" - it's got sleigh bells and everything. We think the program starts at 6 on new year's day but we will let you know closer the time.
