Founder members Matt, Mike and Yo found themselves on the brink of quitting music altogether after the constant infighting and 'musical differences' that were the hallmark of their time with the band Sourface. The trio left the band, but stayed close friends. A year passed, but their undeniable chemistry and passion for making emotive, soulful music brought them back together.
