Stephen Hopper is a techno producer and DJ living in Seattle. He is releasing tracks under the name Surface Tension and has recently established Rhythmtrack (www.rhythmtrack.com) to showcase quality independent techno music and DJ mixes.
Stephen is also a member of Seatech (
www.seatech.org), a Seattle-based electronic music collective.
