Steve as come a long way from the nightclub DJ days.when acid house & house music first come to light.Not only dose he produce Dance music for his own pleasre he produces it for others as well.He as done tunes for radio stations,Flame FM, adverts.
Music has always been a big passion in Steve’s life from a very early age. His mother Audrey sang opera when he was a
Young boy.
“Opera and classical and all that stuff were never off the record player.
In his early teens it became apparent what Steve wanted to do when he left school , a DJ against his farther's wishes.
“ My Dad use to say Get a proper job you know how it is”. Steve followed his dream, starting in the local bars
worked his way to the top clubs in and around Westyorkshire in the late 80’s and 90’s .
“ It was well good, house music and acid house just started to kick off, then dance.”
Steve was hooked, it had started.
His next goal was to start producing his own tunes, so he bought himself a second hand DX7 and started righting his own
Stuff , but first he had to learn how to play the keyboard. “ I got to know a guy who had got together with a few other and
Started a band and they needed a keyboard player.”
After a year Steve went on to produce his first tunes “ In Control and The Nuff Style Symphony”.
This proved to be costly because studio time was expensive, so Steve went back to the DJ scene for some extra cash.
He needed to get his own kit so he saved the money from his gigs and converted his spare room into a recording studio.
“ It was hard work but fun I worked every night for about two years in clubs and pubs or and weddings .”
Ten years on and Steve is going from strength to strength in his music production creating new sounds and new styles.
Steve is now producing his 3rd major album ( Another Level ) with guest singers from the USA and Paraguay.
He as produced music for shows radio adds and other albums. You will find Steve’s music all around the world from
The UK to Australia and is gaining popularity in the USA. His music has been posted on over 15 music sites worldwide.
