GROOVEDESIGN .A year in the making.
Born and raise in Spain, Gonzalo had shown a great interest to music from an early age,at 12 he was mastering the art of the flute and bagpipe.Playing for the school band he had caught a local orquestra's attention "Os Breas" becoming the youngest member of the band at the tender age of 13,with music maestro German and Eduardo by his side, his skills develop fast moving on to more sophisticated instruments such as the clarinet, tenor and sax.
His life was to completely changed when in 1994 he moved to New York where he was influenced by Electronic music rapidly growing in the States, some influences include big names such as , Sasha,John Digweed,Steve Lawler,Moby and Bt.
1998 The Iberican Sound from Spain's finest was introduced to the States taking dancefloors by storm.Chus & Ceballos pioneers of house music in Spain had become his greatest Muse helping him make the jump into music production.
2001 Groovedesign releases their first demo soon to seat at the top of the Tribal chart.
2002 La Royal Sonora and La bubasa are released bringing the sound and unique style of Groovedsign to live, weeks later Faxx-Dj and house producers based on Manchester release a remix of Groovedesign's original Polyester exposing their unique sound to european public.
2003Groovedesign grows in the House genre as a new member is incorporated to the team.
Fernando Silva delivers the first big hit and the finest production to date,Marea Enferma(Deep Sea Lalas mix),in over a week the song charts all subgenres of House with over 100 hits in a week taking Groovedesign further down the line.
As the year moves on Groovedesign will release highly anticipated and promising proyects bringing their own stamp of style to music..
