Incarcerated in 1970 on Minor-In-Posession charges, Deep Friar escaped the threat of life imprisonment when he was led to the dirty keyboard of an old Wurlitzer electric organ donated by the widow of an executed lifer in hopes of rehabilitating the less fortunate. She never might have imagined the "essence vivivant" inherent in the pre-pubescent Boudreaux, (as he was called then,) if not for it's classic bossa nova rhythm and the clavichord sounds Boudreaux evinced by crossing several loose wires protruding from the rear of the instrument.
Since that time, Boudreaux matured into the grande Deep Friar we all know and love today. His singular music, use of homemade samples, and creative employ de l'argent make him the only musical artist today relying soley on dumb luck, ingenious fashion sense, and his God given abilities to make women weep with joy to further his career, such as it is.
A gift to those who haven't yet discovered, a panacea for those who have, and a sure fire doseage to those addicted. Deep Friar
