Great gig last night!
The Violets first gig since before christmas, and a good night at the Inn on the Green in Ladbroke Grove. Still searching for that elusive full-time drummer, Theo is currently doing the drums, and layed down some seriously cool solid beats. Not a big crowd last night, we were quite surprised cos it's usualy busy on Friday nights, but we put it down to a combi of the bloody freezing weather & post christmas cash flow blues :( (doncha know it!)Some good bands playing on the bill as well, and a good mixture of styles, from hardcore metal to prog rock. It's a fairly new venue well worth checking which is not known on the gig circuit, but they do a good PA and a lighting show with projectors.
Anyways, stay tuned for the next gigs, we're getting more setup.
