It's to a snotty French-type chef who considered a steak as frazzled if it had even seen a matchbox.
I'm not one for BBQ-black steaks, a touch of pink is good, but 'No, I do not want to eat it blue!'
I'm paying for it damn it! So, 'Yes, I'd like my steak cooked please.'
Really got up my nose so I wrote this.
