an athlon 2ghz (1667mhz) upwards will be ok, with a decent asio/wdm driver card & 512mb ram

umm... I have a PIII 733, and v5.1 works ok here. If you don�t plan on using TOO many tracks & FX, that is. Or is v 5.5 more CPU-demanding for some reason?

nope, you could use less that a 2ghz, but that'd give you alot of power threshold to do most mixes in full.

I had an idea for a script once. It's basically Jaws except when the guys in the boat are going after Jaws, they look around and there's an even bigger Jaws. The guys have to team up with Jaws to get Bigger Jaws.... I call it... Big Jaws!!!
