Hey Folks: I just dug my old TR-505 out of the shed. Haven't plugged it in for at least 10 years - and the silly thing works just fine! Problem is, somewhere along the lines the rear-panel template fell off, and I don't know what the layout is.

From left-to-right I see three 1/4" jacks (I've found the left-most to be the main audio out), another 1/4" jack next to an 1/8" jack, two MIDI jacks, the 9v power supply jack and the power switch.

Can someone please identify these puppys for me?
