The max sample rate is 48 khz and the lowest is 7,5 khz... but how do i change this??

It should be in the sample setup page.Maybe
called record.Move the cursor over the freq
and spin the dial.It's been a minute(11 yrs.)
since i've used a 950 so you'll have to look
around.You can go to synthzone.com and click
on akai and there are sites devoted to the 9/
950 so if that didn't help good luck.
