I always liked the Charvels with the bigger headstock and the active pickups, the early 80s version, for trance....

You know, on second thought, I bet the "bich" (BC Rich, for the barbarians...) Warlock would be great for trance AND DnB!!!!! I definitely recommend the Les Paul for Big Beat and Breaks, and noithing beats a Fender Strat for wailing Marley leads for tech house....
