Queixada weren't even supposed to be on the bill tonight at 'The Inn On The Green' - Queixada hail from Italy, and they had come over to do a show in central London which had been cancelled; but only after they'd hired a bunch of gear from John Henry's. So apparently, a freind of theirs knew the promoter at this venue, and managed to get them onto the bill at the end of the night for a short set.

No-one seems to talk about The Inn On The Green as one of the local London gig curcuit venues, but it's actualy really good, with a decent PA and some lighting. Usualy the Lighting guys use a PC projector to add additional cool imagery to the visual show, but sadly this night, the projector was broken down, so the visual show was reduced quite a bit. Still a good light setup tho for a small local venue.

Queixada describe their music as Tribal Hardcore, and it's got a little twist with the addition of a percussionist playing an assortment of floortoms, and other kit tom-drums. Add this to a really good double-kick drummer and you've got a blinding drum-section over which the rawk lays waste to all and sundry!... Good band, check 'em out...
