Ending the 90s the twinbrouthers Gil and Ted Osammor aka. Afrotheque started their djing in the city of Cologne where they were playing their percussion deep house sound in the clubs.
As the promoters soon got aware of them AFROTHEQUE got their first residency @ wwwclub playing with the big ones like M.A.N.D.Y, H-Foundation, Circulation, Pacedivision, Tom Novy, Eno-C and many more.
Not to forget their Birthdaysession ones in a year @ Popkomm/Ringfest in Cologne playing with different Djs like Andry Nalin, Tocadisco, Azzido Da Bass a.m.m. Inspired by a couple of DJs and producers they met during their gigs in Germany they found their minimal tech house style which they added to their set. But Afrotheque have also started producing a couple of house tunes for compliations like Lucky Strike Originals and Different kind of samples in the past.
At the moment they are working on their ep which is produced at their home studio they founded two years ago.
